At MOCA Health, we make it easy for patients to connect with doctors who understand medical cannabis. Our practitioners are independent, highly trained, and follow strict safety and TGA guidelines—but most importantly, they focus on what’s right for you.

Everything happens online through Halaxy, our secure booking system. You can choose a doctor, pick a time that suits you, and complete your intake form—all from home. During your first 15-minute consultation, the doctor reviews your history, discusses treatment options, and if appropriate, begins the prescription process. They then apply to the TGA, with approvals usually completed within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, you’ll receive access to our secure patient portal where you can view prescriptions, order your medications, download dosing guides, and manage repeats with ease. Follow-up appointments are simple too—just another quick telehealth call when it’s time to renew or adjust your plan.

First Appointment

Booking

• Online booking at booking.mocahealth.com.au.

• Select practitioner, date, time.

• Confirm and pay.

Intake

• Submit: medical history, ailments, Medicare, reason for booking.

Consultation

• Practitioner calls (private or one-way number).

• 15-minute call to review history and discuss treatment.

• Prescription initiated if appropriate.

Post-Consult TGA Registration

• Practitioner files SAS application.

• 24–48 hours for approval.

• Prescription activated for dispensing.

2. Follow-Ups

• Required for renewals or changes.

• THC scripts expire at 6 months; CBD scripts at 12 months.

• 15-minute calls, booked online.

3. Dispensing

• Email sent with portal login.

• Portal allows:

  • Prescription review.

  • Medication purchases.

  • Access to titration guides and attestation letters.

• Repeat prescriptions:

  • Accessed through portal.

  • Renewed automatically if script valid.
